Herbal Iced Tea With Hibiscus

Summer is here and this sun did NOT come to play honeyyyyy!


This Herbal tea is refreshing and will keep you hydrated all day. The tea blend has Hibiscus (regulate blood pressure, gut health, glowing skin) and Lemon Balm (mood-boosting, calming, refreshing).


I won't go into a whole shpeel, so here's the recipe!


Ingredients:


- 2 Tbsp of Auset Herbals tea blend ( Hibiscus & Lemon Balm)

- 2 Lemons or Limes

- Sweetener ( I use Date Syrup or Xylitol) to taste

- 1 Quart of water

- Ice

- Mint for garnishing


Directions:


1. Bring water to a boil and then add the tea blend. Remove from heat.

2. Add Sweetener while it is still warm so it can dissolve.

3. Refrigerate overnight.

4. You can strain the tea blend or leave it in. Add the juice of 1 and 1/2 lime/lemon.

5. Slice the other half of the lime/lemon and add to iced tea. Add Ice, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!!
